Common questions
Questions families ask us
How do I know if home health care is right for my loved one?
If daily tasks are becoming difficult, a chronic condition needs monitoring, or someone is recovering from surgery or a hospital stay, home care can help. Call us for a free assessment. We'll give you an honest recommendation, even if that means we're not the right fit.
Does insurance cover home health care?
Often, yes. We accept Medicare, Medicaid/DADS, workers' compensation, long-term care insurance, private pay, and many major plans. We'll verify your specific coverage for free before care begins.
How quickly can care start?
After your free consultation and assessment, care can often begin within days. Urgent situations, like a hospital discharge, are prioritized.
Are there minimum hours or contracts?
No. There are no minimum hours and no long-term contracts. Care is available as little or as much as you need, up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Who will be coming into our home?
Only thoroughly screened professionals. Every team member passes an extensive background check and is bonded, insured, regularly supervised, and continually trained.
How do physician referrals work?
Physicians and discharge planners can send referrals directly to our office by phone or fax. We handle intake, insurance verification, and care coordination from there.
Still have questions?
We'd love to answer them. Call us or send a message and a real person from our Richardson office will get back to you promptly.
